All of Sweet Peabody’s sorbets are made by hand in small batches each week based upon what’s fresh and in season. (With the exception of Fierce Chocolate, of course!)
We use produce from local farmers’ market vendors whenever possible. All of our sorbets are dairy-free and gluten-free. We do not use corn syrup, synthetic stabilizers, or any artificial sweeteners or colorings. So the next time you’re in the mood for something cold and sweet instead of ice cream, gelato, or frozen yogurt, consider the healthier alternative… SORBET!
